With 25 years of business management and leadership experience, Steve Harris has guided small and large enterprises through both traditional and new-economy business models including several start-ups and new technology businesses. Steve is the driving force behind the creation and continued growth of ProtectPoint Security.

Prior to founding ProtectPoint Security, Inc., Steve served as Chief Operating Officer of WebUnited , an Internet Service Provider, in which he guided from start-up to the growth as a premier provider in the southeast. Before joining WebUnited , Steve was Vice-President of Operations for a large Midwestern company with 80 locations and 3,000 employees. In both of these roles, Steve's management and leadership vision were instrumental in their growth and success.

Steve attended Wright State University , Business Administration, in Dayton Ohio . He currently resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife Elizabeth.

Bert Buffington serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for ProtectPoint where he oversees the global operation and management of the company's customer support and response staff, product development, and information technology driving the advancement of its industry leading fully managed Firewall/Intrusion Detection Prevention Systems (IDPS).

During his career at ProtectPoint, Buffington has served as a manager of the company's Security Operations Center (SOC) delivering 24/7 constant monitoring and rapid response to customer's network threats and customer support requests.

Prior to joining ProtectPoint, Buffington served as Vice President of Technology Solutions for Marconi Communications, Chief Architect and Vice President of Engineering for Metapath Software, and senior manager of software development for GTE, US West, and Telesciences.

Buffington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition, Buffington has completed certification in network security systems including being a Certified Check Point Security Expert (CCSE) and Administrator.

Felix Fidelibus serves as CFO for ProtectPoint where he oversees all of the financial obligations of the company. With over 25 years of finance and accounting experience, Felix joined ProtectPoint at its inception.

Prior to joining ProtectPoint Security Inc., Felix worked as CFO for Rebel Rents, Inc and General Rental, Inc. two of the largest independent equipment rental service companies in California and Florida respectively. Before that Felix worked for over 15 years as Director of Finance and Accounting for Experian (formerly TRW) where he managed the finance infrastructure not only for the corporate office but all satellite offices throughout the United States.

Felix received his Masters Degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Brian has over 7 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the Information Technology Field with a strict emphasis on security the last 4 years. Prior to ProtectPoint, Brian was a Senior Account Manager that worked exclusively with enterprise clients for a regional systems integrator. He was responsible for managing complex projects delivering a wide-range of information technology solutions. Included in this was South Florida's first managed services offering powered by Computer Associates Unicenter product suite. In 2002, Brian assisted in the start-up of a successful security assessment practice which was incorporated into ProtectPoint Security Inc. in 2003.

Brian is responsible for developing and managing ProtectPoint.s Channel Partner sales support and marketing initiatives. He has designed the frame work to successfully offer ProtectPoint Managed Services through an indirect sales model, developing the sales and marketing tools required to efficiently manage and support ProtectPoint.s Channel Partners. He continues working closely with Channel Partners to ensure they receive the proper training, tools, and materials to effectively promote ProtectPoint Managed Security services. Brian also works closely with the product development staff to ensure any new service offerings align with customer needs and market demands.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University and a minor in Computer Information Systems.

David is the visionary security architect responsible for the majority development and creation of the ProtectPoint Security Software Suite. In addition to his formative experience and proficiency in Network Security, he possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Information Technology, including but not limited to, Systems Administration, Programming, IP Networking, VOIP, and Design and Development.

Prior to ProtectPoint, David served as Director of Network Operations for WebUnited, an Internet Service Provider for 5 years. In this capacity, David designed, implemented and managed a redundant, high-performance network servicing thousands of business-only customers.

In 2003, based on the security architecture designed and developed by David, ProtectPoint received the "Best New Technology" Award by the South Florida Business Journal.

David resides in Coconut Creek Florida.
