Inside Channel Support Telesales Representativee

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Inside Channel Sales Support Team as a Telesales Representative. The Inside Channel Sales Representative is responsible for the sourcing and acquisition of new ProtectPoint Channel Partners via the telephone. The successful candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire to succeed, possess a "hunter" sales mentality, and be comfortable calling on a variety of leads at all levels from a technical individual through C-level executive. This position requires exceptional skills in prospecting and qualifying potential Channel Partners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source, develop and maintain a well-defined targeted list of potential new ProtectPoint Partner prospect opportunities.
  • Requires taking inbound and making outbound calls to potential new ProtectPoint Partners prospects.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the ProtectPoint Channel Partner value and benefits by phone and written communication.
  • Ability to effectively provide New Partner Prospects appropriate documents and contracts.
  • Must possess the ability to identify and communicate large new ProtectPoint Partner prospects to outside Channel Support Representatives and work closely to effectively close opportunities when necessary.
  • Manage and accurately track New Partner Prospect Opportunities.
  • Must maintain awareness of market conditions and competitor.s services and pricing.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate New ProtectPoint Partner prospects appropriate personnel such as MIS Directors, IT Staff, Business Directors and C-level contacts.
  • Participate in Company sales/channel meetings.

Skills and Requirements:
  • 1-2 years phone related experience preferably in the Technology Industry
  • Excellent Phone Skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple objectives, tasks and new partner opportunities
  • Technically adept, with a good base knowledge of the software/technology solutions, preferably security software related
  • Strong ability to present business cases to senior executives
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Superior listening skills
  • Highly organized and efficient work habits
  • Strong customer orientation; able to emphasize and build rapport
  • Highly self motivated, possessing initiative with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing goals
